About Big Sky EDM

Big Sky EDM is located in Hayden, Idaho. Founded in 2000, Big Sky EDM has been the leading PCD/CBN EDM company for tooling fabricators all over North America and Europe for nearly 10 years.

Our current facility was built in 2005 specifically designed to facilitate a high production environment. The building is climate controlled and promotes a healthy working environment. Our equipment includes the following:

• 1 High Speed EDM Drill

• 1 Fanuc LR Mate Robot
• 1 Vollmer QXD 200
• 1 Agie Sinker EDM
• 1 CNC Fanuc Vertical Mill

• 1 Induction Brazing Unit
